Chef, owner, and staff worked with me to know my macro needs and are constantly vigilant to meet those needs when my training/ nutrition changes. I didn’t expect food this healthy to be this good. Tough love meal prep It took me some time to figure out why did the owner pick that name. I’ve come to the conclusion that his meals are not what your body wants but what they need. If you think about it. Ice cream is good for us because of how it makes us feel but salad is right for us because of the long term effects. Tough love meal Prep has found the combination of what is right for us and makes us feel good too. I went from 2 meals a day to 3 meals and probably 5 but one would assume that I would gain weight. I’m actually loosing weight. Their goals meet individual needs for if you’re gaining weight or loosing weight. As a trainer and an athlete this is all important. Most places will deliver the food and you have to put them in the freezer, how ever with tough love they want the best fresh taste. Your food is delivered every 3-4 days and this way it will still taste like it was made yesterday or even same day. I know people assume reviews can be based on that person experience and bias so I like to include the pros and cons. The pros are what I put above, no need to write it twice. The cons - Don’t wait till you're out of food to submit next order. They can deliver 8am till everyone has their shipment. I went hungry while waiting. Now I ask for the delivery a day before. The owner hand delivered my order to the door at midnight when I told him this. Wow, I’ve never heard of great service like that. Bless him and his family. When your out with friends and having a good time it’s normal to grab food while your out but why do that when you have something at home that taste as good or even better. I have to get a mini fridge for the car and hope where I go has a microwave. I can’t think of any other cons. The before and after pictures to come

Not only that but they make things more convenient for you by providing different pick up locations for your food or providing delivery if your unable to pick your food up.. I have used meal prep companies in the past that are not only overpriced, but have high calorie, frozen, and frankly not good tasting meals. Tough Love is an absolute revelation. They post calories for every meal, everything tastes delicious and is made fresh. I wish I had know about them earlier and looking forward to being a long time customer!!! <3
