Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to stay delicious for 4–5 days when kept refrigerated. Each container is labeled with a "Use By" date so you never have to guess.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes! While we recommend eating them fresh for the best culinary experience, our containers are freezer-safe. If you choose to freeze them, we recommend doing so immediately upon delivery and consuming them within 2–3 weeks.

Are nutrition facts and macros provided for each meal?

Absolutely. We believe in "Scientific Nutrition." Every meal comes with a full nutritional label including total calories, protein, carbs, and fats, so you can track your intake with precision.

Can I customize my meals for allergies or preferences?

Yes. We offer customizable plans and work hand-in-hand with nutritionists to accommodate dietary restrictions. You can exclude specific ingredients according to your dietary preferences.

When is the deadline to order for the upcoming week?

  • • Monday Delivery: Order by Saturday at 1:00 AM 
  • • Thursday Delivery: Order by Tuesday at 1:00 AM

How does delivery work?

Meals are delivered once or twice per week depending on your selected plan.

Do you offer pickup options?

Yes! If you prefer to skip the delivery fee, you can select our Orange location pickup point during checkout. Just reply to the text you get that your meals are ready for pick up, and let us know when you are on the way so one of our staff  can retrieve your order before you arrive.

Is there a minimum order?

To keep our operations efficient and provide the best value, we require a minimum of 10 meals per order.

How do I reheat the meals for best quality?

Convenience is key. Simply vent the lid and microwave for 2–3 minutes. For the best results with certain proteins (like steak), we recommend heating in 30-second intervals until you reach your desired temperature.

Am I locked into a contract?

No "Tough Love" here, only flexibility. You can choose a one-time order or a weekly subscription. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time before the weekly order deadline.

What if I’m traveling or need to skip a week?

Life happens. You can easily "pause" your subscription through your account dashboard. Just make sure to do so before the weekly cutoff.

Are your meals fully cooked or do they require preparation?

All meals are fully cooked. No prep, no measuring, no cooking required.

How should meals be stored after delivery?

Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon delivery. Do not leave meals at room temperature.

Can I customize my meals or swap sides?

Your goals, your rules. You can easily swap sides or customize your meals to ensure your plan perfectly aligns with your taste and your training.

Do you offer meals for specific goals like weight loss or muscle gain?

Yes. Our meals are portioned and structured to support fat loss, muscle gain, or maintenance depending on the plan you choose.

How are portion sizes determined?

What happens if I am not home during delivery?

Just reply to the text you get that your meals are ready for delivery. We will let you know when your meals are on the way so one of our staff members arrives at a time that best suits your schedule.

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of food preparation, all sales are final once the order cutoff has passed.
